- You need of Bahan2 air rebusan ikan.
- Prepare 500 g of ikan yg sesuai utk buat laksa (akk guna ikan kayu putih).

- You need 3 keping of asam gelugur.
- It's 3 of akar daun ketumbar.
- It's of Air secukupnya utk kuah.
- You need of Bahan kari.

- Prepare 5-8 of biji cili merah Siam*.
- You need 1 of btg serai ambil bhg putih sahaja*.
- You need 5 cm of lengkuas*.
- It's 3-5 of akar daun ketumbar*.
- Prepare 3 ulas of bwg putih*.
- It's 5 of bj bwg kecil*.
- Prepare 3 cm of kunyit hidup/1/2 sdm serbuk kunyit*.
- Prepare 3 cm of halia*.
- You need 3 of bj buah keras*.
- Prepare of Kisar bahan bertanda *.
- You need 3-5 helai of daun limau purut.
- It's 1 of sdm serbuk lada hitam.
- Prepare 1 kotak of kecil santan.
- It's 2 of sdm sos ikan/garam secukup rasa.
- You need 1 of sdm gula/gula nisan/gula melaka.
- It's of Minyak utk menumis.
- Prepare of Bahan pelengkap.
- Prepare 500 g of laksa halus basah (ada juai di TF value mart) atau laksa kering halus brand EKA.
- It's of Telur rebus atau telur dadar dihiris.
- It's of Ulaman seperti timun, taugeh, bunga kantan, salad/kobis & kcg panjang.
- You need of Hirisan daun ketumbar.
- You need of Thai basil.
- You need of Cili kering Siam digoreng.
- Prepare of Limau nipis.
LAKSA THAI instructions
- Bahan2 laksa Thai. Cara memasak air rebusan ikan : satukan semua bahan & rebus hingga ikan masak, keluarkan ikan dan terus didihkan air rebusan selama 20-30min lagi. Keluarkan asam gelugur (simpan utk kuah) & tapis air rebusan. Asingkan isi & tulang ikan. Kisar isi ikan bersama sedikit air rebusan & ketepikan.
- Cara2 memasak kuah Panaskan minyak tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi & pecah minyak.
- Masukkan baki air rebusan ikan, santan, isi ikan yg dikisar, 3 keping asam gelugur, lada hitam & daun limau purut, biarkan mendidih & kacau sekali sekala.
- Perasakan dgn sos ikan, gula melaka & biarkan kuah pekat Hidangkan bersama bahan pelengkap. Hepi menerai.
